The Form 4 Boys

Below please find the short profiles and individual pictures of the boys we have all be working to raise money for! So far we have raised over $2000 and I have paid their tuition fees for first term with the first money wire! They are looking forward to starting school next week but we require some more funds to pay for exams fees, holiday tuition and a few other school fees they tack on here in Kenya. It's looking good though! The boys thank all of you for the important opportunity you are so generously providing them...

My God Kellee! Bless them all

I'm speechless...and you know that NEVER happens!

I had know idea about their (your) determination.

I wish I could be more helpful... You are doing something grand for humanity.

As it snows fiercely outside and Bill & I are nestled in the house with the fireplace raging my thoughts are of you. I linger at your room, see the books about Africa, Peace Keeping and humanitarian pioneers on your dresser that you poured over while firming up your decision to leave. I miss you but I smile. You are the essence of what so many of us would love to do: reach out and not just help, but lead, at the very grass roots level. But we hold back for so many reasons, all of them ours. My goodness Kellee, you have no idea the impact you are making on so many, there and here at home. Today I received a cheque for your boys from the Ontario Secondary Teachers Association and a note. I also have saved for you another note from two of your former highschool classmates who also generously donated to the Form 4 boys. A wonderful woman, a complete stranger, whose name I won't disclose, called me and is now appealing to her entire grown up family to donate to this cause. She thanks you for making their plight known to us and for taking it on for them, not giving up. None of us can fully appreciate the rollercoaster of emotions you have endured. But what will make that all worthwhile is the memory you'll have forever of the look in those 5 boys eyes when they knew they had found their angel.
