Kellee, I know that you are sleeping but I am so moved I had to write. Thanks to the wonderful people I know, who have taken that extra step to become involved in your amazing and heartfelt cause,as of this minute you have $750!! You are on your way sweet Kellee. I am so impressed with all of the legwork and diligence you have shown for these young men. You are one with the Me to We stories...I am proud and excited to be part of your greatness.
Hey there,
You've been a busy girl huh? Your Mom has been keepong me up to date on all of your activities.
I am so happy to hear that you have had success raising the money for those five boys. I understand that you've raised about half so far, I am sure the balance will come, these things always have a way of working out. I think it's great that you are committed to seeing them finish their education.
I know your busy and all but how about posting a map of Africa or at least Nairobi and giving us more of a visual of where you are and where you go daily.
Im not asking for too much am I? lol
Kellee; You must be experiencing so many amazing things. Almost overload at times I am sure. Your piece on education was well versed. We take our lifestyle here for granted. If we could only blink and send some of our thoughtless teens there and see what life there is like and how those people thirst for knowledge maybe that would shock them to see what they are throwing away here. Knowledge is like a hunger especially to those whose are starving and wanting.
I have donated some money to the cause. I have an child I sponser in Thailand and have for many years. I hope my small amount will help these young men become a saviour for their country. I enjoy your blogs . Waiting for the next installment.
a picture of hope...
